Vooticano is a religious concierge and airport meet-&-greet service for travelers of faith, families, and the elderly. We partner with local dioceses and parishes near major airports: the Church provides the human welcome, and Vooticano handles the technology, the booking, and the peace of mind.
Vooticano is an international hospitality network dedicated to providing premium "Meet & Greet" assistance and spiritual concierge services for senior travelers, families, and culturally minded pilgrims inside major airport terminals worldwide.
Traveling through massive, modern airport terminals can be an overwhelming and exhausting experience, especially for elderly passengers navigating long layovers or departures alone. Our mission is simple: to replace the stress and isolation of air transit with human warmth, dignity, and absolute peace of mind. We don't just manage airport logistics; we provide families with the guarantee that their loved ones are cared for every single step of the way.
Vooticano operates at the intersection of advanced technology and authentic local hospitality. We design and manage the global booking platform, real-time flight tracking, and operational security frameworks.
On the ground, we partner directly with local eparchies, dioceses, and established community institutions located in immediate physical proximity to the airports. By leveraging their existing networks of trusted, vetted volunteers and clergy members, we ensure that every single greeting at the arrivals gate is executed by a reliable, compassionate, and culturally aligned local guide.
Every hub follows four fixed stages — no surprises, no rushing, and always time to spare before boarding.
Share your flight and layover window. We confirm it fits our minimum time rules before anything else.
A local volunteer or member of the clergy meets you landside, right where you arrive.
Prayer, spiritual company, or a short visit to a nearby church if your layover allows it.
You return to the gate at least 2.5 hours before departure — every time, without exception.
Each city is run in partnership with its local diocese or parish, with its own patron symbol and its own booking site.
In partnership with the Pastoral del Turismo. Welcomes pilgrims arriving on the Camino de Santiago, with the Cross of Santiago as the hub's mark.
Visit Santiago site →In partnership with the Arquidiocese de Goiânia. Welcomes travelers at the heart of Brazil, under the sign of the Divino Espírito Santo.
Visit Goiânia site →In partnership with the Paróquia Boa Viagem. Welcomes travelers under the protection of Nossa Senhora da Boa Viagem, marked by the anchor.
Visit Florianópolis site →We're in conversation with airport operators and dioceses worldwide. If your parish sits near an airport, we'd like to talk.
Every Vooticano hub carries its own limited-run tee — a wearable emblem of the parish or diocese that welcomed you, cut in premium heavyweight cotton and finished with that hub's own patron artwork: the Cross of Santiago, the Divino Espírito Santo, or the anchor of Nossa Senhora da Boa Viagem. No two hubs wear the same story.
Each shirt is offered as an add-on at the moment of booking, never sold on its own — and just like the concierge service itself, part of every sale is returned directly to the local diocese or parish as a standing donation. A memory you can wear, and a blessing that keeps giving.
Vooticano exists because these institutions open their doors and their volunteers to every traveler we welcome. Here is who has partnered with us so far, with more hubs joining as new conversations close.
Every hub runs under the same non-negotiable timing rules, so a moment of faith never puts a flight at risk.
Off-airport visits are only offered with at least 5 hours between flights.
Every traveler is back at the gate at least 2.5 hours before departure.
